HGC Global Communications Limited (HGC) and EXA Infrastructure have unveiled their latest collaboration aimed at bolstering customer expansion throughout Asia while facilitating connectivity through EXA’s extensive fiber infrastructure network.

With this partnership, HGC gains access to EXA Infrastructure’s robust backbone network and numerous data centers spanning Europe and North America. This access empowers HGC’s clientele to broaden their horizons beyond the confines of Asia.

Nicholas Collins, Chief Commercial Officer, EXA Infrastructure, said, "As we embark on this partnership with HGC, we recognise the ever-increasing demand for international bandwidth and the critical role infrastructure plays in meeting this demand. Together, EXA Infrastructure and HGC are committed to not only connecting continents but also fueling economic growth and innovation."

By merging their network footprints across Asia, Europe, and the United States, the collaboration serves as a direct response to the burgeoning demand for digital services, as well as the increasing globalization and interconnectivity of the global economy.

Both HGC and EXA Infrastructure are dedicated to developing and upholding infrastructure within their respective continents to meet customer needs and drive innovation. This shared commitment forms the foundation of their cooperation.

Paul Lai, Senior Vice President, Global Carrier Data of HGC International Business, added, “We are enthusiastic to line up this partnership with EXA Infrastructure to expand our reach. The European and APAC ties can be further strengthened through our collaboration, and we are eager to contribute to the surging demands of our customers and partners. The infrastructure gap is bridged by leveraging on both EXA Infrastructure and HGC’s footprints.”
