46 Labs, renowned worldwide for its expertise in connectivity management catering to large enterprises and service providers, has completed the acquisition of Hypercube Networks from affiliates of West Technology Group.

This strategic move aims to bolster 46 Labs' portfolio by integrating Hypercube's advanced network capabilities and infrastructure. Hypercube Networks stands out as a prominent communications network company, celebrated for its robust network infrastructure that seamlessly links Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) networks of major wireless carriers with the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) through cost-effective interconnections and cutting-edge technology.

This acquisition will empower 46 Labs with enhanced capacity, enabling efficient modernization of networks for major carriers and enterprises worldwide. It will facilitate the seamless conversion of legacy Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) connectivity to IP on a large scale.
