The expansion will prioritize regions in the Sunbelt, including Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, as well as key Midwest states such as Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, and Indiana.

The first phase involves building a 500 MW capacity through joint ventures, strategic land acquisitions, and the integration of existing data centers. Initial projects will include one facility in the Sunbelt and another in the Midwest to meet surging demand.

Beyond data centers, the DAMAC Group is strengthening its U.S. presence through major investments in real estate and private equity. Among its notable ventures is a boutique condominium project in Miami, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, with a gross development value of USD 1 billion.

This strategic expansion solidifies EDGNEX's position as a key player in the global digital infrastructure landscape while reflecting the DAMAC Group's broader vision for innovation and growth in diverse sectors.
